Kale and Banana Smoothie


Serving for one
1 Banana
2 cups Kale (chopped)
1/2 cup Soy Milk (light unsweetened)
1 tbsp Flax Seeds
1 tsp Maple Syrup

... and blend.
Add Sonoma Muesli in at the end if you like.
